Overall we are very satisfied with the windows and the installation process. We had a few hiccups such as a miscommunication about the style of one particular window between the sales guy and the installation team. Anyway, we ended up with the wrong window but I didn't notice until it was installed. I didn't want to make them take it out and redo everything so instead they sent us a visa gift card for their mistake. They also dinged the siding of our house a little but fixed that as well. They would have been willing to replace the section entirety but we just had them patch it up, it's hardly noticable. And as a bonus they took out a few wasps nests for us while they were out here 😄

Our home was in state of much needed repair as well as new siding. HomeStop replaced all rotten wood and the siding they installed is beautiful! Saleman helped us with color choices and streamlined the finance process. We felt like they really cared as much about our home as we do. Installers were respectful, courteous and know their stuff. I will tell you, they didnt leave until i was satisfied with even the smallest issues! OUR HOME IS GORGEOUS!!! kudos to the whole team for a job well done.
